Terme Belediye Başkanı Şenol Kul, ilçenin ulaşım yükünü omuzlayan şoför esnafının yıllardır beklediği modern hizmet binası hayalini gerçeğe dönüştürüyor. Belediye Meclisi’nde alınan tarihi kararla, Çay Mahallesi’nde bulunan 654 metrekarelik arsa tahsisinin tapu işlemleri tamamlanarak Şoförler Odası’na teslim edildi.
Meclisten Oy Birliğiyle Tam Destek Terme Belediye Meclisi’nin ekim ayı oturumunda, mülkiyeti belediyeye ait olan alanın tahsisi oy birliğiyle kabul edildi. Tapu devir işlemlerinin resmiyet kazanmasıyla birlikte, şoför esnafının kendi mülkü üzerinde modern bir hizmet binası inşa etmesinin önündeki tüm engeller kalkmış oldu.
Esnaf ve Belediye El Ele Başkan Şenol Kul, esnaf odaklı hizmet anlayışına vurgu yaparak, "Şoför kardeşlerimizin daha modern bir çatı altında hizmet vermesi için üzerimize düşeni yaptık. Esnafımız güçlenirse, Terme güçlenir," dedi. Terme Şoförler ve Otomobilciler Esnaf Odası Başkanı Şuayip Akbulut ise bu desteğin oda üyeleri için tarihi bir dönüm noktası olduğunu belirterek Başkan Kul’a teşekkürlerini sundu.
Modern Home for Terme Drivers: Land Allocation Complete!
The Mayor of Terme, Şenol Kul, is making the long-awaited dream of a modern service building for the district's drivers a reality. Following a historic decision by the Municipal Council, the title deed for a 654-square-meter plot in the Çay Neighborhood has been officially handed over to the Drivers' Association.
Unanimous Support from the Council During the October session of the Terme Municipal Council, the allocation of the municipality-owned land was approved unanimously. With the completion of the title deed transfer, all obstacles to the construction of a modern facility on the association's own property have been removed.
Hand in Hand with Tradesmen Emphasizing a service approach focused on local tradesmen, Mayor Şenol Kul stated, "We have done our part to ensure our driver brothers serve under a more modern roof. When our tradesmen grow stronger, Terme grows stronger." Şuayip Akbulut, President of the Terme Chamber of Drivers and Automobilists, thanked Mayor Kul, noting that this support marks a historic turning point for their members.
