CHP'nin 38. Olağan Kurultayı ile 21'inci Olağanüstü Kurultayı'nın iptali istemiyle açılan davada mahkeme, "tedbirli mutlak butlan" kararı verdi.
Bu kararla birlikte, gerçekleştirilen kurultayların malul olduğu gerekçesiyle iptaline hükmedilmiş oldu. Mahkeme ayrıca, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu'nun ve söz konusu kurultaylar öncesindeki parti organlarının görevlerine devam etmelerini kararlaştırdı
COURT RULING ON CHP: KILIÇDAROĞLU AND FORMER ADMINISTRATION TO RETURN
In the lawsuit filed seeking the annulment of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress and 21st Extraordinary Congress, the court issued a ruling of "absolute nullity with interim injunction."
With this decision, the congresses were ruled annulled on the grounds of being legally invalid. The court also decreed that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and the party organs in office prior to the congresses shall resume their duties
