US officials have announced that the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran have digitally signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at ending the war that has been ongoing for approximately four months.
According to a US official, the memorandum was signed by US President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf
US Vice President James David Vance confirmed that the MoU between the US and Iran was signed "digitally" yesterday. Stating that the agreement ensures Iran will not rebuild its nuclear program, Vance noted that if Iran fulfills specific obligations, it will grant them access to a $300 billion reconstruction fund financed by the Gulf countries
